TOS: The Terms of Service (TOS) and prices are subject to change at any time. You are only bound by the TOS and prices agreed upon at the time of your request.

Payment is upfront or 50% upfront, 50% after sketch/line. $100+ is allowed payment plans
Commissions are to be for personal use unless commercial use prices have been discussed
There are absolutely no refunds after request is accepted and commission has been started unless I, the artist, am unable to continue for personal reasons.
My process is for normal render commissions: 1. if no pose is given, scribble pose concepts (you can ask for changes to pose etc here), 2. sketch/line (I do not do lineart so i call it sketch/line) you can ask for revisions here not pertaining to whole pose though as that was already confirmed in previous stage, 3. render where color revisions or adjustments can be made, 4. lastly i will create different versions with motion blur/effects. if you want revision from a previous stage after the stage has already been confirmed, it will be charged depending on how large the change is. if it is something I as the artist forgot it's of course free.
I retain the right to the artwork to use in my portfolio and post to my social medias and sites
Personal use Commissions include a small watermark on the canvas which must not be removed.
I have the right to decline any requests if I feel uncomfortable with it
My art is not to be used for NFT, Ai, hate speech, political agendas, or slanderous material
Prohibited from editing my works unless permission, do not claim my art as your own, credit when reposting (This includes pfps, banners, sites, games, etc!) or keep watermark in sight.

It will be anywhere from a headshot/bust to a fully rendered fullbody scene depending on what I see fit, how much motivation/inspiration I have for the character, and the price paid (the more paid the more chance of being a larger/more rendered piece). It's pretty much a gamble/gacha/surprise-me commission in exchange for a lower starting price point and higher percentage win rate the more paid.Feel free to ask any questions or unique requests.Prices do not include background.
